Shipping Policy

In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store in Via S.Spirito, 22/R – 50125 Firenze (FI). After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within one to three business days depending on the items. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 

Our in-store pickup hours are 15.30 pm – 19.30 pm on Monday–Saturday. We are CLOSED on Sundays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Local delivery
We offer local in-store pick-up, plus free contactless delivery within Florence for all orders over 100 euro. For orders under 100 euro, we offer a 12 euro flat rate delivery fee. All deliveries are made to your shipping address using DHL Express service.

Italy, EU & USA Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimate time of Delivery. 5-7 business days example. DHL Express service delivered safely to your door.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 1 day (Italy & Europe) and 3 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at at info@ecoartsystem.com or by phone at +39 333 739 54 26 with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Refund Policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you receive a product that’s not up to the quality you expect simply let us know and we will either refund the purchase price of that product or replace it with the same product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item as well as, a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution in order to evaluate the issue and make it right. We accept returns up to 1 day after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
